Specific development
for TMN (largest Portuguese GSM operator) of an application interface
between SAT_CLI (GIS application for coverage visualisation) and
METRICA NPR (network performance analysis system). This interface
allows automatic and real time updating of the state of the BTSs,
in the GIS application for coverage visualisation.
