The objective of the Project AROMA (Advanced Integrated Resource Management in Service and Multilayered HFC Access Networks) of the Advanced Communications Technologies and Services (ACTS) Programme was to develop and demonstrate resource management systems for HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coax) access networks. The project ran from March 1998 to February 2000.
