DAVINCI was a project no. PL96-1054 of the DG VII Transports Programme, a part of the CEC 4th Framework Programme. The objectives were to define and to demonstrate feasibility of integrating and/or coordinating the different components of existing and future traffic management systems in airports. INESC/INOV contributed with the study of the operational procedures and the design and development of the demonstrator. The project partners were ISDEFE, SYSABEL, SIEMENS, THOMSON, UPM, NATS, SOFREAVIA, DRA, NLR and EDISOFT.
