The project Lisboa VIVA was developed within the framework of IDEIA (Support to Business Applied Research and Development) Programme managed by the Portuguese National Innovation Agency (ADI), aiming to evaluate the quality of data provided by vehicle identification systems by capturing and processing of images in typical urban environments.
