In this context, developing today's solutions and services must not only take into account the specific characteristics of a particular community or group of persons with special needs, but pass the entire development towards the standard use mode, following the Universal Design paradigm.

INOV possesses an efficient set of projects and solutions specially designed for people with special needs. We also have a number of developed solutions internationally recognised for their Universal Design. Today we are acquiring know-how and developing activity in the area of information technologies oriented to Digital Inclusion.

In the IT strategic area we intend to develop and endogenise the technologies, solutions and innovative competitive systems related to Digital Inclusion, with special emphasis on the universal use of the Internet and computer.
