The project is devoted to developing
utilities for TMN Call Centre in order to integrate it with
SIEBEL system for enabling the staff to accompany, in a detailed
manner, the operations made by the customers. It also focuses
on the development of multi service platforms, such as the
MyTMN voice portal and VIP calls, browsing the Point Club
directories as well as on construction of the platform for
obtaining statistical parameters and carrying out amendments
of various services (12045, MMS, Checks Hello, EURO Price,
etc.) in order to adjust them to the objectives of TMN and
on creating new services, extensions and campaigns (2as VIAS,
Karga, MMS CAMP, etc.).
