The partnership with the group Portucel-Soporcel aimed to contribute to the strategic planning in the area of Information Systems by defining the organisational structure of the group. The activity was two-fold: the first direction focused primarily on the production process modelling, the productivity factors and their interconnection with other business processes in the specific case of Portucel; the second direction was linked with the planning of the Information System Architecture for supporting a new manufacturing area of the group.
