The project was developed within the framework of a partnership with the Gabinete de Gestão do Programa Operacional Saúde - SAÚDE XXI (Management Office of the Operational Programme Health XXI). The Programme aimed at supporting the evaluation of funding applications by the Management Office. In this context, INOV made the survey and analysis of entities, business processes and information systems of the Portuguese health care system. At the later phase of the project we defined a set of recommendations for the applicant institutions.
