The Management Policy of INOV follows the specified principles:
- To ensure the satisfaction of its clients and partners through the fulfilment of the services' requirements, as well as through legal requirements compliance;
- To guide the relationship with suppliers on a partnership basis, by considering them an integral part of the Management System and maintaining the services' evaluation and qualification;
- To engage all employees in the Management System always being aware of their needs;
- To evaluate the results of the implementation of its Management System consistently, maintaining all activities running accordingly to the established procedures, continuously improving the System's efficacy.
